Your credit card will
be charged 1 week prior to your arrival.
We do not ask for a deposit, but will charge your credit card for any
damage or excessive phone charges.

Long distance and 411
Information phone charges are on the honor system. 5 Cents a minute Long Distance and $1 per 411
call. Just leave whatever you owe in the
compartment on the wall phone.
·
Cancellations made
prior to 1 week of arrival will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to arrival will be charged a
$30 “oops” fee
·
No smoking inside the
cabin. Smoking is permitted on the porch
and of course outside, but please do not dispose of cigarette butts in the yard
or surrounding areas.

No pets
·
No trash in the fire
pit
·
Please do not disturb
the creek. Kids, and adults are free to
play in the creek, but don’t take or throw rocks, etc. Any arrow heads you find are yours to keep as
a souvenir!
·
Please mail the cabin
key back as soon as possible unless other arrangements have been made.

from the sight and can be taken to the trash dump which is located approximately
